Recently I was showing a client a property when they commented on the lack of light. It is often documented that light has a huge impact on our personal health and wellbeing, whether it be natural or artificial, so creating as much as possible when decorating a room is something that should be carefully considered.
From our Ebury Street office, we have spent the past year or so witnessing the demolition of Johnson House, a 1950’s block located directly opposite and in its place the construction of the rather flash Ebury Square; a brand new development of private residences.
Whilst I’m sure many of you were sensibly staying at home, sheltering from the very wet and windy Hurricane Bertha who graced us with her presence at the weekend, Henry Wellbelove and his friend, Jamie Rawstorne were battling the elements on their mammoth 225km Coast2Coast charity bike ride for the Road Victim’s Trust in memory of Henry’s brother, Archie.
